摘要: Ochratoxin A (OTA) is a mycotoxin with nephrotoxic, carcinogenic, teratogenic and immunotoxic effects, naturally found in agricultural products including grapes wine. Black Aspergillus species (Section Nigri) are mainly responsible for OTA accumulation wine particular carbonarius niger aggregate. The biodiversity of potentially ochratoxigenic strains black aspergilli from different French vineyards the southern Mediterranean region Languedoc–Roussillon was studied. One hundred eighty nine were isolated studied according to harvest year, production zone, grape variety pre-harvest treatment grapevines. identified classified two groups macroscopic microscopic characters; these called A. representative group aggregate group. Members each subgroups based on morphological colony characters. Strain phenotypic genotypic characterization selected PDA medium. After identification confirmed by specific PCR using primer pair ITS1/CAR ITS1/NIG, 24 potential belonging discriminated RAPD-PCR 8 OPC primers. use primers supported patterns demonstrated considerable diversity among strains. Clustering associated zone but not or treatment. any above parameters. culture medium seemed correlate better characters than profiles. No clear relation could be established between aspergilli.
