摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the methodology that is used to study 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase and also some of its properties. Natural rubber a cis-polyisoprenoid high molecular weight obtained from latex Hevea brasiliensis. The pathway for biosynthesis up formation isopentenyl pyrophosphate similar other isoprenoid compounds (Fig. 1). One enzymes in this part (HMG-CoA) reductase. enzyme has been reported occur serum fraction preserved latex. by tapping cytosolic suspension particles two non particles, viz., lutoids Frey-Wyssling complexes. These have described detail elsewhere. endoplasmic reticulum mitochondria—two subcellular organelles with which animal tissues are associated—are rarely observed fractions examined electron microscopy.
