摘要: Abstract The present study describes the response surface optimization (RSM) of inulinase immobilization on carbon nanofibers (CNFs), modified using 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane (APTES) and glutaraldehyde (GA). Immobilized protein content activity were used as indicators immobilization. Under RSM optimised conditions viz., sonication time 120 min, APTES concentration 3.0%, GA 2.0%, activation 75 min, enzyme load 27.5 IU coupling 2.75 h, yield was 63.92% 70.87%, respectively. results revealed successful linking onto APTES-GA CNFs. Besides, good agreement between predicted experimental values authenticates significance model. developed immobilized biocatalyst showed high operational stability (30 cycles) for fructose production from inulin in a batch system.
