摘要: The authors report a case of collision tumor composed primary gastric rhabdomyosarcoma intermingled with an adjacent infiltrating adenocarcinoma. Only eight cases have been reported previously and little information is recorded about the behavior this tumor. Gastric has several distinctive clinical features. It highly aggressive (median survival, 2.5 months) occurring in both children adults frequently presents as metastatic disease to lung or cervical lymph node. initial diagnosis often difficult establish, especially on biopsy material. In instances, correct was established only at autopsy. authors' patient correctly diagnosed during life received considerable benefit from cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine (CAV) therapy survived for 26 months after diagnosis. Two admixed glandular adenocarcinomas. Since three nine known adenocarcinoma, there appears be greater than chance association between these two tumors.
