摘要: Functional capacities of rabbit appendix germinal centre cells were tested in appendectomized, 450 rads X-irradiated rabbits, reconstituted with autologous cells, which are obtained by mechanical separation - “stripping” the appendix. For comparison, functional derived shielded. In both types experimental systems, slow restoration primary IgM responsiveness to Salmonella Java paratyphi-B (PAR) was observed ; contrast, capacity for memory cell production (of μ and γ-type) PAR restored very early systems. These results suggest centres be antigen dependent microenvironments selective as well non-selective amplification ofimmature B after subsequent maturation become part pool either or virgin mature respectively.
