摘要: In this paper we will identify the contract dimensions of alliance contracts directed at joint development new products or services. We determine to what extent these are adaptable future needs and insights. also provide insight into contingency adjustable upon competence trust, build-up experience cooperation intensity. The results demonstrate that adaptability risk revenue distribution lags behind adjustability other critical like scope definition, determining input assets anticipated efforts partners. This contrast in can result an early demise alliances. On hand there is evidence alliances create such a dependency alliances, especially those development, tend lock-in prisoner dilemma.
