摘要: Adenosquamous carcinoma (ASC) and sarcomatoid (SC) of the prostate are rare, but highly aggressive tumors. The occurrence mixed carcinomas in is even more rarely reported. present study reports case a 62-year-old male who was diagnosed with prostatic adenocarcinoma accompanied by multiple bone metastases, as shown needle biopsy skeletal computed tomography scan. patient treated hormonal therapy, thereafter, specimens from transurethral resection (TURP) were found to be composed three histologically distinct elements: ASC, SC adenocarcinoma. level p53 evaluated immunohistochemistry detail, it that this significantly increased TURP samples compared samples. abnormal likely associated prognosis patient; succumbed two months after confirmation diagnosis.
