摘要: Studies have investigated associations between the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) and clinical diagnoses without assessing impact of comorbidity on these results. This study evaluates parental reports from CBCL a structured diagnostic interview in children with attention deficit disorder hyperactivity (ADDH) stratified by presence (ADDH+) or absence (ADDH-) psychiatric comorbidity. Interview-defined ADDH scored significantly worse all scales compared scores interview-defined non-ill comparisons. However, findings were accounted for subgroup ADDH+. The results indicate good correspondence CBCL-based ratings diagnoses. These also suggest that may be screening instrument, not only but comorbid disorders.
