摘要: Abstract Aims The aim of this study was to assess microvascular function associated with the occurrence Charcot neuroarthropathy (CN) in patients diabetes. Methods We evaluated 70 diabetic (54 men) (CN-DM), median age 59 (IQR: 51–62), mean disease duration 16 ± 8 years. control group were subjects diabetes and without (DM), 54 men, 60 (54–62), 15 ± 7 years. assessed metabolic diabetes, serum C-reactive protein concentration (CRP) cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy (CAN). used AGE-Reader measure skin autofluorescence (AF) accumulation advanced glycation end products that reflects long lasting control. Microvascular examined by laser Doppler flowmetry (PERIFLUX 5000) thermal hyperemia (TH) postocclusive reactive (PORH). Results CN-DM as compared DM had lower HbA1c level [7.6 (6.6–8.4) vs 8.4 (7.3–9.7)%, p  Conclusion Deterioration system dysfunction are present neuroarthropathy. Impaired reactivity is worse low grade inflammatory process.
