摘要: Abstract Protoplasts from Medicago leaves, seedling cotyledons and roots have been compared in terms of their release, cultural behaviour morphogenetic ability. Sustained division mesophyll protoplasts necessitated the use controlled environment facilities for production plant material, purified enzyme protoplast isolation. Conditions material cotyledon root preprations were less stringent, could be isolated using a simple, crude mixture. The plating efficiency was 66–76% to 28% 23% protoplasts. Somatic embryogenesis required similar culture medium sequence three systems. Some formed tight cell aggregates, each which developed directly into single globular embryoid. In general, embryoids arose irregularly shaped clumps by mitotic activity groups cells within aggregate giving rise one or more embryoids. Many roots. shortest time isolation liquid 30–35 days case
