摘要: The effect of coffee on cardiovascular diseases is still controversial. It known that the process decaffeination may influence chemical constitution and, therefore, biological effects coffee. This study thus evaluated levels total phenols and chlorogenic acids in Coffea arabica L. samples, as well ingesting both integral decaffeinated lipid profile hemostatic hematological parameters normal hyperlipidemic rats. Samples lyophilized (Coffea L., planted Brazil) were used for analysis (total phenols, acid caffeine contents). For bioassays, beverages prepared with non-lyophilized samples (10% w/v) filtered administered to animals by gavage (7.2 mL/kg/day) over 30 days.
