摘要: Zeolite-activated carbon (ZEOAC) extrudates were synthesized from natural elutrilithe through a two-step process consisting of the chemical activation with K2CO3 at 800°C followed hydrothermal transformation in NaOH solution. During activation, was activated, and kaliophilite crystalline phase framework structure linked (Si, Al)O4 tetrahedra formed simultaneously, which then converted into zeolite A alkaline medium. The as-synthesized samples characterized by thermal gravimetric differential analyses (TG/DTA), N2 adsorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) adsorptive capacities for water hexane. results show that this new material ZEOAC possesses typical characteristics activated carbon, micro- mesoporous structure, hydrophilic hydrophobic properties.
