摘要: We studied the contribution of alpha- and beta-adrenergic receptor activation to cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal effects dopamine. At a concentration 1.5 mug/kg.min, infusion dopamine in 12 normal volunteers was associated with transient but significant rise pulse rate, which prevented by propranolol. Venous plasma glucose did not change throughout experiments, mild increase free fatty acid levels observed during administration alone antagonized In contrast, neither blocker, propranolol, nor alpha-adrenergic phentolamine, effective inhibiting dopamine-induced glucagon (from 82+/-9 128+/-14 pg/ml; P < 0.005) serum insulin 7.5+/-1 13+/-1.5 muU/ml; or its suppression prolactin 8.5+/-1 5.2+/-0.8 ng/ml; 0.001). Although growth hormone alone, an obvious occurred three subjects combined propranolol Whereas some metabolic cardiovascular are mediated through adrenergic mechanisms, these observations indicate that this is case for catecholamine on glucagon, insulin, secretion, thus provide further support theory specific dopaminergic sensitivity systems man.
