摘要: assessed from 1 H MRS using point-resolved spectroscopy (PRESS) [TE=24ms; TR=2500ms; variable pulse power and optimized relaxation delay (VAPOR) water suppression; 27-m La nd 8-mL voxels in rats mice, respectively] at 7T. Alterations metabolites (Totally Automatic Robust Quantitation NMR, TARQUIN) tumors were characterized by increases lipids (Lip1.3: 8.8–54.5mM for C6 GL261) decreases NAA (1.3–2.0mM RG2, GL261 C6) tCr (0.8–4.0mM F98, some models. models all showed significantly decreased (p<0.05) tCr, exhibited NAA. The RG2 model Gln Glu, the Asp, F98 U87 Gua, compared with controls. greatest alterations metabolites. was able to differentiate metabolic profiles many of seven rodent glioma assessed. These are considered resemble certain characteristics human glioblastomas, this study may be helpful selecting appropriate Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
