摘要: Ischemia-reperfusion injury is of major clinical relevance during liver transplantation. In the present study, therapeutic efficacy taurine to protect against ischemia-reperfusion was investigated in rabbit livers. We demonstrated that intravenous injection attenuated dysfunction as evidenced by reductions serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate transaminase, and alkaline phosphatase. The recovery morphological ultrastructural changes also promoted taurine. mechanism protective effect seems at least rely on antioxidation, since lipoperoxides contents tissues were significantly reduced among taurine-treated rabbits. These results suggest a potent useful reagent from injury.
