摘要: Summary. Cyclin A (A2) and cyclin A1 are members of the G2 cyclins, which involved in control G2/M G1/S transitions as well mitosis. Human was cloned an A-type that is highly expressed acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). The clinical significance these cyclins remains to be clarified. We investigated relative levels transcripts 80 patients with de novo AML. Correlations parameters showed initial white blood cell count serum lactate dehydrogenase were inversely associated mRNA (r = −0·276, P = 0·019) (r = −0·241, P = 0·042) respectively. They independently increased overall survival [P = 0·035 for P = 0·016 A1]. Multivariate analysis using Cox's proportional hazard model elevated contributed significantly better prognosis Furthermore, probability group high both survived longer than low expression (P = 0·002). These data indicate good AML patients.
