摘要: Cyclin E is one of the G1 cyclins that play an important role in cell proliferation. Overexpression cyclin protein has been reported several solid tumors, but little known about involvement leukemia. In this study, we analyzed expression gene product 85 patients with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) by Western blot analysis. 23 AML samples (27%), was enhanced blasts. Among French-American-British classification AML, ratio high M5 and low M2 M3. No rearrangements were observed Southern analysis these blasts expression. Flow cytometric showed no correlation between overexpression cycle distribution. Immunoblot D1 D1.
