摘要: Abstract Oriented fatty acid bilayers with asymmetric distributions of lipid head group types, hydrocarbon chain lengths, and associated polypeptides have been analyzed by a combined use high resolution electron microscopy X-ray diffraction techniques. Absolute density profiles at 7 A computed formed from long short length lipids either segregated opposite sides or mixed together both data indicate that two self organize specific paired configuration. Detailed poly- l -lysine shows although this hydrophilic peptide resides near region, its presence alters arrangement chains.
