摘要: Global tests and multiple test procedures are often based on ordered p values. Such available for arbitrary dependence structures as well specific assumptions of the statistics. Most these have been considered global tests. Multiple can be obtained by applying closure principle in order to control familywise error rate, or using false discovery rate a criterion type I control. We provide an overview present examples showing importance medical research. Finally, we discuss modifications when different weights hypotheses interest chosen.
