Carers and health professionals who work with people the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) are reported to think that communication skills of HIV “odd” a range difficulties have been identified. However, little research has examined “pragmatic” HIV.Method. Five men living AIDS were assessed on battery measures componential language exclude aphasia. Their pragmatic appropriateness as judged using Pragmatic Protocol was then rated by ten experienced raters from representative portions semi-structured interview.Results.
