摘要: The test method described below can be employed on its own, or as part of a battery tests approach, to estimate the phytotoxicity potential diverse types liquid samples. Because it is conducted in 96-well microplate format, technique simple and offers other advantages which include cost-effectiveness spacesaving features. It theoretically applicable any liquid. Testing undertaken, for example, with samples representing following media: (1) domestic industrial wastewaters, treated untreated; (2) surface, groundwater leachates; (3) sediment interstitial waters; (4) chemical that soluble water; (5) water-insoluble rendered by means an organic solvent techniques (e.g., sonication emulsification).
