摘要: Abstract Shielding devices from thermally reduced graphene oxide have been fabricated for superior electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding effectiveness. The prepared pristine samples of were at different temperatures. the tested in frequency range 12.4–18 GHz (Ku band) and maximum value EMI efficiency was found to be 80.81 dB sample 1073 K. charge transport mechanism also investigated temperature 10–300 K. increase is attributed conductivity number graphitic domains it. quantitatively explained on basis Tuinstra Koenig relation. results show great potential as a new type microwave absorbing material.
