Characterization and Electrochemical Performances of Vanadium Oxide Films Doped with Metal Ions

摘要: Vanadium oxide films were prepared via the sol–gel process and dip coating method, using V2O5 as raw materials H2O2 (volume fraction 30) solvent. Mn Ni ions added to vanadium sol prepare doping films. The characterized by atomic force microscopy, FT-IR, X-ray diffraction electrochemical techniques. add-on of Metal will not affect morphology films, but change valence ion crystal phase. Furthermore, cyclic voltammetry curves show that metal exhibit reversible reaction. But impedance spectroscopy indicates pure film has a better diffusion rate.
