摘要: Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) are a heterogeneous group of immature myeloid that exist at very low numbers in healthy subjects but can expand significantly malignant, infectious, and chronic inflammatory diseases. These characterized as early-MDSCs, monocytic-MDSCs, polymorphonuclear-MDSCs be studied on the basis their immunophenotypic characteristics functional properties to suppress T-cell activation proliferation. MDSCs have emerged important contributors tumor expansion inflammation progression by inducing immunosuppressive mechanisms, angiogenesis drug resistance. Most experimental clinical studies concerning been mainly focused solid tumors. In recent years, however, implication immune dysregulation associated with hematologic malignancies, immune-mediated cytopenias allogeneic hemopoietic stem cell transplantation has documented potential role these biomarkers therapeutic targets started attract particular interest hematology. The elucidation molecular signaling pathways generation, function malignant diseases clarification mechanisms related circulation crosstalk other components system anticipated lead novel strategies. This review summarizes all available evidence highlighting challenges perspectives arising from this field research.
