摘要: Restriction of dietary salt is widely recommended in the management hypertension, but assessment individual intake has drawn little attention. The understanding important as a guide for optimizing salt-restriction strategies. However, precise evaluation difficult. More reliable methods are more difficult to perform, whereas easier less reliable. Thus, method assess should be determined situation demands. Working Group Dietary Salt Reduction Japanese Society Hypertension recommends using one following hypertension. 1) measurement sodium (Na) excretion from 24-h urine sampling or nutritionist's analysis contents, which suitable facilities specializing treatment 2) Estimation Na Na/creatinine (Cr) ratio spot practical and general medical facilities. 3) an electronic sensor equipped with calculation formula also simple enough that patients can use it themselves. considered compliant regimen if measured by whichever than 6 g (100 mmol)/day.
