摘要: BACKGROUND HIV infection is prevalent among men who have sex with (MSM), and sexual roles may be important factors related to it. This study aims describe the roles, risky behaviors prevalence MSM, determine associated for prevalence. METHODS A convenient sampling method was used recruit participants in a non-government organization Changsha, China. The were asked complete 38-item self-administered questionnaire regarding demographic characteristics behaviours before collecting blood samples testing. Chi-square tests logistic regression analysis conducted Statistical Package Social Sciences Version 18.0 other indexes statistically described. RESULTS total of 601 MSMs came local voluntary counseling testing completed pencil-and-paper survey tested HIV. overall this sample 13.3%, that bottoms (16.3%) similar versatiles (15.9%) but higher than tops (6.1%). Bivariate analyses showed there significant differences age, marital status, monthly income, orientation, age at first sex, partner, woman last 6 months, oral man months role 3 subgroups MSM (p < 0.05). Multivariate indicated played either or more likely positive tops. While condoms anal had less positive. CONCLUSION Different are high-risk their status. Further research should target preventive interventions, improve effectiveness intervention according reduce transmission Chinese MSM.
