摘要: Bio-deterioration of concrete, which is very common in sewer system and waste water treatment plant, results significant structure degradation. Normally, the process can be described by two following steps: Biochemical reactions producing biogenic aggressive species (H2SO4 one most acid pipes), chemical between cement hydration products which responsible for concrete A reactive transport model proposed to simulate degradation cementitious materials contact with H2SO4 solution. The dissolution portlandite (CH) calcium silicate hydrates (C-S-H) precipitation gypsum (p) are mass action law threshold ion activity products. To take into account continuous decrease Ca/Si ratio during C-S-H a generalization themass lawis applied. simplified damagemodel introduced characterize due swelling gypsum. Some experiments reported literature simulated. numerical experimental observations compared discussed.
