摘要: Induction of plant resistance against pathogens by defense elicitors constitutes an attractive strategy to reduce the use fungicides in crop protection. However, all do not systematically confer protection pathogens. Elicitor-induced (IR) thus merits be further characterized order understand what makes elicitor efficient. In this study, oligosaccharidic H13 and PS3, respectively, ineffective effective trigger grapevine leaves downy mildew, were used compare their effect on global leaf metabolism. Ultra high resolution mass spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS) analysis allowed us obtain specific metabolic fingerprint induced each characterize associated pathways. Moreover, erythritol phosphate was identified as a putative marker elicitor-IR.
