摘要: Abstract A sandwich-type solid phase time-resolved immunofluorometric assay (IFMA) was developed for endometrial protein PP14 (placental 14). The utilizes affinity-purified polyclonal antibodies coating the microtiter wells and labelling with europium (III) chelate. Maintaining specificity, 0.6 μg/l sensitivity of IFMA is over 25 times higher than that RIA. method enables detection accurate quantitation in all those samples which undetectable by suitable quantitative measurement low levels serum postmenopausal fertile-aged women men, as well follicular fluid. At 14–16 μg/l, radioimmunoassay, intra-assay variation 6.6% inter-assay 11.4%. In are 12.7–56.7 13.7–113.4 men 3.1–53.1 μg/l. preovulatory fluid 1.2–20.5 It concluded highly sensitive, other currently available methods.
