摘要: Abstract To describe the role of electronic energy loss (dE/dX)e for chemical modification polyimide (PI), multi-layer stacks (corresponding to different dE/dX) were irradiated by swift heavy ions (1.158 GeV Fe56 and 1.755 Xe136) under vacuum at room temperature. Chemical changes modified PI films studied Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The chain disruption rate was investigated in fluence range from 1 × 1011 6 × 1012 ions/cm2 a wider stopping power (2.2–5.1 keV/nm 8.6–11.5 Xe136 ions). Alkyne formation observed over interest. By applying saturated track model assumption (the damage process only occur cylinder area σ), mean degradation alkyne radii tracks induced Fe Xe ion irradiation, respectively. results validated thermal-spike model. analysis shows that predictions Szenes are qualitative agreement with curve shape experimental results.
