摘要: Cellular composition of bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid was compared between two age-matched steroid-dependent intractable asthma (SDIA) groups : 17 group A patients (serum IgG level 1200mg/dl). 1. The levels serum IgA and IgM were significantly decreased in compared to the B patients. 2. number blood lymphocytes also lower than However, neutrophils not different between groups. 3.The BAL 4. neutrophilia (more 1.5×10 (4)/ml) observed 6 17(35.3%) A, but any B. greater B patients. These results suggest that there is a correlation immunosuppression by glucocorticoids with bronchial asthma.
