摘要: . Hetereogeneity of rainbow trout immunoglobulins was demonstrated by using monoclonal antibody 1A6 and polyacrylamide-gradient gel electrophoresis. Immunoglobulins defined elisa were about 30% the total immunoglobulins, detected polyclonal antibodies, in healthy trout. In obtained from farms with a previous history infectious viral diseases, 1A6-immunoglobulins only 14% total. Several serum pools infected could be totally depleted (about 12% immunoglobulins) affinity chromatography over Sepharose immobilized 1A6. Polyacrylamide-gradient electrophoresis under denaturing conditions no-1A6 purified chromatography, showed majority heavy chain 70 KDa minority 60 KDa, two light chains 24 26 11–14 polypeptide.
