摘要: The success of boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) depends on the amount in cells and tumor/blood tumor/(normal tissue) concentration ratios. For first time, measurements uptake both stem/progenitor differentiated glioma were performed along with biodistribution suitable animal models. In cells, selective accumulation boronophenylalanine (BPA) was lower, retention after BPA removal longer than vitro. However, not statistically significantly different mice xenografts.
