摘要: Platelets interact with normal peripheral blood cells via adhesion as well soluble mediators, and platelet released mediators can affect hematopoietic stem progenitor cells. Interactions may also be involved between platelets circulating malignant cells, which is suggested by the effects seem to have on metastasis various abnormalities observed in disorders, including acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) other leukemias. It only recently that interactions AML been characterized detail, studies show that; i) blasts functional characteristic of each other, ii) chemotherapeutic drugs frequently used therapy alter several functions, iii) systemic levels cytokines are enhanced during chemotherapy, known both leukemic activation, iv) secretion growth factors clearly detected autografts. In this review we describe leukocytes, possible clinical relevance these AML.
