摘要: In this research, we evaluated user participation and involvement in the context of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Since ERP systems are enterprisewide scope, these have a high level complexity, require different implementation methodology. While most studies analyze at an organization or industry level, there is dearth research system adoption individual level. our study, examine acceptance expected to find differences nature compared other information Using Barki Hartwick's extension theory reasoned action, revised model was developed tested empirically. explains behavior vis-a-vis involvement, more parsimonious demonstrates that usage dynamics different. We complemented statistical analysis by three case studies. Based on results believe that, given its implementation, traditionally formalized links between influencers users' attitude may need be revised. discussed why seek alternate forms influencers. doing so, suggest investments made preparatory work practices employee development prior decisions. Such complementary technology widespread throughout firm. such will play significant role influencing users toward any also their involvement.
