摘要: Abstract The effect of the addition small quantities alcohols to cocultures natural killer effector cells from C57BL 6 mice and BDIX rats with YAC-1 tumor cell targets has been studied. order inhibition NK cell-mediated killing is 1-butanol > 1-propanol 2-propanol ethanol methanol. due alcohol correlates decreases effector-target binding. Therefore caution should be exercised in interpreting results cellular experiments which these have used solubilize inhibitors.
