摘要: Human plasma LDL exhibits a diffuse fluorescence (excitation 360 nm) in the 400–600 nm range. Application of three-dimensional spectroscopy shows presence 7 fluorophores lipid and 6 protein domain. The 430 freshly prepared its apo-B is most likely indicative for remnants vivo peroxidation.
