摘要: Apoptosis is well known to be mediated by oxidative stress. To evaluate the functional role of reactive oxygen intermediates (ROI) produced neutrophils, we compared rates apoptosis in neutrophils isolated from normal donors and patients with chronic granulomatous disease (CGD), a hereditary defect ROI production. Spontaneous cell death CGD vitro was significantly inhibited relative neutrophils. The acceleration induced anti-Fas monoclonal antibody (MoAb) much slower than that seen These findings suggest may endogenous products.
