摘要: Grinding is a common finishing process to meet specific technological requirements; however, it energy, resource and time consuming. Thus, the improvement of grinding processes should not only consider requirements but also environmental economic impacts. There are number factors involved in processes. Besides parameters workpiece properties, there three enabling for opportunities, such as tool, cutting fluid machine tool. However, practice, all can be changed or modified easily at same time. To support improvement, this paper proposes stepwise approach compare alternative conjunction with order reduce costs impacts under consideration requirements. The proposed demonstrated by means an internal cylindrical applications different tools, tools.
