摘要: Interactions between stabilisers and silicas, produced by both the gel process precipitation, have been studied using flow micro-calorimetry (FMC) diffuse reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (DRIFTS). The silicas had approximately equivalent BET surface areas. By virtue of its greater pore volume lower water content, silica was shown to greatest adsorption activity. For activity a stabiliser related basicity number adsorbing groups per molecule which gave rise multi-point adsorption, hence polymeric hindered amine light (HALS) large phenols showed strongest adsorption. Competitive HALS versus also investigated. data obtained has very useful for predicting preferential on from linear low density polyethylene melt in turn photo-oxidative thermo-oxidative stability. latter investigation will be reported separately.
