摘要: The effects of whole body, periodic acceleration (pGz) on cardiopulmonary resuscitation outcome, organ blood flow and tissue inflammatory injury were examined in an experimental pig model, compared with Thumper (TH)-CPR. VF was induced 16 pigs, remained untreated for 3 min, followed by either pGz-CPR or TH-CPR 15 min. Defibrillation attempts made at 18 min VF. Six eight animals had ROSC both groups. Post-arrest myocardial dysfunction present groups progressed over hours. less wall motion abnormality higher left ventricular ejection fraction than TH-CPR. post-resuscitation haemodynamic variables returned to baseline after 3h group, low group. brain during CPR similar between pGz-CPR, 17% 20% pre-fibrillation values, respectively. cardiac significantly lower (TH: 10.2% pGz: 1.9% value), as well other organs. heart values 30 pGz group brain, kidney ROSC. Blood all organs decreased below 2h Tissue hours the phase. myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity plasma creatine phosphokinase (CPK) troponin I, TNF-alpha, IL-6 Results from study demonstrate again that is effective method resuscitation, post-reperfusion
