摘要: Slow (0.05 ml/min) infusions of hypo-, iso-, and hypertonic solutions d-glucose, fructose sucrose into the CSF lateral cerebral ventricle goat were found to repress dipsogenic, antidiuretic natriuretic responses intracarotid NaCl. Corresponding intraventricular slightly hypotonic (0.14 M) NaCl, 0.3 M d-glucose in 0.14 NaCl did not have this repressive effect. The results are taken as support for idea that a central receptor system, which is sensitive variations Na+ concentration CSF, plays an important role control body fluid homeostasis.
