摘要: Expression profiling of invasive breast carcinomas by DNA microarray techniques has identified five distinct subtypes tumors (luminal A, luminal B, normal breast-like, HER2 overexpression, and basal-like) that are associated with different clinical outcomes chemotherapy. Basal-like carcinoma is younger patient age, high histological grade, aggressive course, development distant metastasis, poor prognosis, relatively mortality rate. do not express estrogen receptor, progesterone or (triple-negative phenotype). Therefore, patients basal-like likely to benefit from endocrine therapies trastuzumab, but systemic Although genetic, morphological, immunohistochemical features have been reported, there no universal definition for those tumors. Furthermore, specific morphological can identify in routine diagnostic materials. In the present paper, we data cytological carcinoma, discuss about its spectrum.
