摘要: In this work, a simple method for the simultaneous determination of cocaine (COC) and five COC metabolites (benzoylecgonine, cocaethylene (CET), anhydroecgonine, anhydroecgonine methyl ester ecgonine ester) in human urine using CE coupled to MS via electrospray ionization (CE-ESI-MS) was developed validated. Formic acid at 1 mol/L concentration used as electrolyte whereas formic 0.05 1:1 methanol:water composed coaxial sheath liquid ESI nozzle. The presented good linearity dynamic range from 250 ng/mL 5000 (coefficient greater than 0.98 all compounds). LODs (signal-to-noise ratio 3) were 100 CET other studied LOQ's 10) 500 compounds. Intra-day precision recovery tests estimated three different levels (500, 1500 ng/mL) provided RSD lower 10% (except 18% RSD) recoveries 83-109% analytes. successfully applied real cases. For positive samples, presence its further confirmed by MS/MS experiments.
