摘要: Pregnancy in women with reflux nephropathy. Reflux nephropathy is one of the most prevalent renal diseases and a leading cause chronic failure childbearing age. To evaluate issue possible complications pregnancy nephropathy, we retrospectively analyzed fetal maternal outcome 158 who had 375 pregnancies between 1965 1994. The overall death rate was 10.2% tended to decrease 1985 1994 decade as compared preceding period (8.4% vs. 12.6%). relative risk 4.8 times greater when hypertension present at conception than normotensive patients. Fetal also higher patients impaired function that those serum creatinine
