摘要: Lipid peroxidation has been associated to different cellular mechanisms that can promote atherosclerosis initiation and progression. Several diet components have used due its antioxidant properties. In this context, soy detached. The goal of study was monitorating dislipidemia lipid in animals fed with isolated protein. Rabbits (n=20) New Zealand, were divided at random two groups: CASEIN (n=10) received commercial crow plus 1% cholesterol 27% casein and, SOY the same Analysis cholesterol, triglycerides, proteins malondialdehyde concentrations determined plasma lipoproteins basal time 45 days treatment. Casein promoted increase VLDL, when compared group. HDLcholesterol values group higher than TBARS concentration plasma, LDL HDL significantly observed These differences after only adjusted by protein concentration. Therefore, results shown indicate comparison reduce oxidative profile rabbits
