摘要: The present invention is directed to a system and method for advanced chemical sensing utilizing Terahertz receiver instrument having compact tunable heterodyne mixer detect species in noisy background of pollutants, provide fast acquisition analysis the 0.1-2 THz spectrum. directly couples microbolometer with quantum cascade laser (QCL) that utilized as local oscillator (LO) source receiver.
