摘要: Using a newly generated monoclonal antibody we identified the 96 kDa transmembrane receptor SC5 expressed simultaneously on human Sezary cell line and minor T subset in normal individuals. antigen was detected mostly CD45RO+ lymphocytes from both CD4+ CD8+ subsets as well natural killer B lineage cells. surface expression increased very early after polyclonal stimulation of CD3+ cells due to transfer intracellular molecules membrane. Engagement by its inhibited anti-CD3-induced proliferation cytokine secretion peripheral blood clones, whereas did not affect cytotoxic activity CD8+ T clones.
