摘要: The genus Androctonus is represented by 7 scorpion species in Morocco. All studies conducted on the characterization of venom are limited to mauritanicus. However, there other which arouses also interest scientists due their high toxicity. Thus, we chose assess toxic effect liouvillei sublethal injection and effects some vital organs, a histological biochemical tools. In addition, aimed characterize neurobehavioral impairments, Swiss mice, 3h, 6h 12h following envenomation. LD50 A. was found be 0.29mg/kg subcutaneous route. Venom administration induced glomerular destruction disorganization Bowman's spac. Examination lungs showed remarkable focal rupture alveolar structure intra-alveolar hemorrhage. Concurrently, significant enhancement serum enzymes levels AST, ALT, CPK LDH, level glucose creatinine. Proteinuria observed. Regarding behavioral noted hypoactivity anxiogenic-like effect, manifested an increased time spent open arms groups tested 30min after injection. Concomitantly with immobility tail suspension test. present finding show obvious profound neuromodulatory impaired physiological patterns mice that may part explain human as one potent death agents.
