Concordant KRAS Mutations in Primary and Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Tissue Specimens: A Meta-Analysis and Systematic Review

摘要: A meta-analysis was performed to compare KRAS gene mutations in colorectal cancer tissue samples with primary and metastatic cancers. total of 19 publications 986 paired distant metastases 171 lymph node showed that genotype highly concordant tumors, indicating either type tumor could be useful as a source detect for selection anti-EGFR therapy. However, lymph-node-metastatic tumors might not suitable diagnostic analysis due an obvious discordant rate between tumors.
